Tobias entered the Intelligence Office after giving Barbara time to take a second look at the information.

Barbara had been studying the information ever since she returned to her office. So far she hadn't found any reason why the ship had sent out a distress signal or what may have caused the distress.

she leans back in her chair and rest her hands on her slightly swollen belly and reexamines the information.

Barbara looks up when the Captain enters her office.

"What's up Captain?"

"I am checking to see if you were able to gather any further information on our current mission. You did ask to take a second look at the information given."

"Oh!, Ya. I haven't come across anything suspicious about the information, but I recommend we approach with caution. It could be a trap and I would rather be safe then sorry."

"I agree. What do you think of this information about the lightning storm?"

"I've seen things like that happen, but it's extremely rare and certain conditions have to be met in order for it to happen. There would have to be some sort of cosmic or stellar storm caused by a huge Ion cluster or solar explosion that bombard the area to cause it to happen. It's not some thing that happens all the time."

"I have heard of them occurring some once every one hundred and twenty five years or so."

"The last time I saw one was when I was in the Delta Quadrant and was visiting the planet Atesis IV. There was such a storm in orbit and all space traffic came to a halt. It played heck with the planet's defense systems and made weather on the planet extreme, but after about a few days it stopped and business resume. It's also good for messing up ships sensors and energizing the hulls of ships. It can mess with the wrap field of any ship, so you need to take precautions Captain. The Chief engineer should try to gather the energy discharge with the main deflector dish and direct it out to open space so it does no harm. Use the ship and dish as a lighting rod." Barbara moves her hand to her mouth to cover up a burp.

"Excuse me., It seems the babies are messing with my stomach today." she looks embrasure from it.

Tobias looked at her with obvious compassion. "Please tend to the kiddos. We can continue this later." Tobias stood and left the room.
