This USS Atlantis, NX-90216 and its escort vessel, USS Atlas, NX-90217 are the original and were first conceived by its founder, J Chapman in January 2005. A vessel, which now has a new home and continues to strive for excellence in creativity regarding Star Trek, SG1 and the Atlantis legend combined. Its heart and soul were brought to reality by a group of dedicated, talented writers and all related ideas and thoughts shared on these pages regarding any characters, mission concepts, writing and graphics or other related material is copyrighted by the individual person who created them, although some will beg to differ. This copyright privilege regarding USA Internet Simulations backs this privilege.

There may still be a duplicate ship still being used on another website and it is in no way connected to the original simulation that you are visiting here, or those members who now keep her alive, vital and successful today and in the future. The founder, J Chapman of USS Atlantis has no ill will towards this duplicate ship, its members or the founder of this organization and has allowed this fleet to continue to use any content still being used there. However, this organization can no longer attest to be the first or original USS Atlantis, or USS Atlas and should no longer in good faith carry the Starship Name(s), or their Starfleet Registries, which continue here.
