Tobias Cook was born to Thomas and Leah Cook in Kansas City Missouri in 2355. Tobias is an only child with noo children or spouse. Tobias' father, Thomas is from Seattle Washington and his mother, Leah is from Kansas City.

Thomas and Leah met at the Starfleet Academy where Thomas was attending for the engineering program, while Leah was attending the Science program. Both completed the academy with honors and were station on the USS Pratt, an Excelsior class ship in their respective positions.

As Tobias grew he lived with his parents on the Pratt spending much of his time in the jefferies tubes of the vessel and countless hours in the engine room. When Tobias came of age he entered the Starfleet Academy to follow in the foot steps of his father. Tobias also graduated with honors in the engineering field and was stationed as the Assistant Chief Engineer for the USS Archer, a Defiant class ship assigned to the Delta quadrant.


After three years on the Archer, Tobias was transferred and named to the Chief Engineer for the USS Akira with the rank of Lieutenant. Tobias served as the Chief Engineer until 2383 where he placed into the second officer position.

Tobias would continue his role as Second Officer until a recommendation of his Commanding Officer was made for Tobias to be promoted to Commander and given the responsibilities of Executive Officer.
